Communications: Drivers and pit crew members may not use any type of radio communications except during practice and Senior divisions.

Inspections: Richmond Raceway Officials may require any competitor to submit to a technical and/or safety inspection at any time.

Adjustments: The only item that can be adjusted on the vehicle while in motion is the carburetor. All repairs must be made in the pit area and not within the race area.

Track Markings: The course markings such as curbs, pylons, or painted lines must be observed and followed. It is mandatory that all competitors follow the normal course of direction around the track.

Slowing on the Track: When a vehicle/kart slows from racing speed on the course, the driver must signal with a raised hand, high enough for other drivers to see, that he/she has slowed their speed in order to re-align or depart from the track.

Exiting the Track: At the completion of the event, all vehicles will exit to area designated by pit manager. All vehicle's engines must be off and rolled to tech area or their pit area.
