Hydraulic brake connections must be tight and free of any visible leaks. All brake lines should be safely routed to prevent any possibility of being rubbed through or pulled loose wile the vehicle is in motion.

All master cylinder and caliber mounting bolts and master cylinder roll pins are to be cotter-keyed or safety wired in such a manner that they cannot be loosened without removal of the cotter pins or safety wire. Use of steel locking nuts or drilled bolts with castellated nuts, properly pinned, are the only acceptable fastener for disk or drums.

If cage is bolted, Grade 8 bolt studs or greater must be utilized. with a 5/16" minimum diameter. Richmond Raceway Officials will determine the safety and quality of the cage and the decision to allow a vehicle in competition will be made by raceway management.

Body Work:

Numbers & Panels: Four numbers are to be displayed on the vehicle, including one at the front of the kart as viewed from the front.
