Points System

Points are awarded to the driver only, not the vehicle.

Any driver disqualified from a race will receive no points.

If a driver fails tech inspection, driver is disqualified for that race event and loses 50 points.

After first 12 races, worst 2 race finishes will be removed or thrown out.

After last 12 races, worst 2 race finishes will be removed or thrown out.

A driver may miss 2 races in each half of the season and these could be used as worst race finishes, and removed or thrown out.

Points will be awarded in all divisions except Kid Kart Exhibition.

Heats will be started by inverted points except when time trials are used.

Last weeks winner starts last in heat race, behind points leader.

Any kart that misses a race starts at back of heat race for one week.
